About Corona Concrete Contractor Pros

We pour, replace and repair the concrete around houses in Corona and the cities around it: driveways, backyard patios, stamped surfaces, pool decks, pads and slabs, and the cracked or sunken pieces in between.

Two things drive almost every decision we make here. The first is heat. July and August highs in Corona average 92 and 93 degrees, and fresh concrete that dries from the top down ends up with a weak, crazed surface. The second is age. The median Corona home was built in 1991, so a lot of the flatwork in town has had thirty-plus years to settle, crack and lose its sealer. Frost is a minor concern by comparison.

Our process, start to finish

1. A look at the site. We measure, check how the ground drains, find where roots and downspouts are, and look at the base under any concrete that is coming out.

2. A quote you can read line by line. Tear-out, base, slab thickness, steel, finish, joints, sealer and the total are each listed.

3. Paperwork questions answered first. If the job reaches the street, the curb or a structure, we find out what the City of Corona or Riverside County needs for your address before a date is set.

4. A pour timed to the weather. Summer pours start early. Santa Ana wind days get moved. Every slab is cured, not left to bake.

5. A clear handoff. You hear when the slab can take feet, tires and sealer.

Fix before replace

A narrow crack can be filled. A panel that dropped in one piece can often be lifted. A tired surface on a sound slab can be resurfaced. When one of those will do the job, that is the option we quote first.
